Great store! I found a few things for Christmas presents for my friends. This location has a Starbucks location upstairs and it does not have a long wait. American girl section is available in the Indigo kids section. I also found a sale rack for books and other household gifts. Staff will help you if you need something specific.

Bought a gift for a friend on-line and chose curbside pick up. It came with defect, so I called and asked for an exchange. It's not acceptable this time, but the manager found a solution that we both agreed. Excellent customer service.

Nice store well laid out. Starbucks inside, upstairs. I love that they are an equal opportunity employer. Disabled person in a wheelchair with a service dog is employed here, and this made me very happy.

Easy to access from both inside the mall and out, although during covid the outside entrance is closed. Great selection of both books and children's toys as well as home decor items downstairs. Decent prices though I usually shop online from their website.

I felt happy seeing a lot of my favorite books at indigo. Ms. Ann help me find all the books that I want, my shopping experienced was great and fast. I'm sure I will come back again.
