The worst service I’ve experienced bar none. Inclusive advisory had my records for a year. In that time they did not file a single return. All they completed (partially) was a spreadsheet. In addition they charged me close to a $1000 to do so. When I asked for clarification on how they arrived at such a high amount I was told a absurd hourly wage for something I could’ve (and would’ve) done myself. Additionally, on my invoice they put in false information to make it sound like they did more than they did. Finally the time they stated was false 18.11 hours??! .11 of a hour is 6 minutes and 36 seconds lol
