**First Class Service** I've needed the help of Eds & Lola many times over the years and in every case their care and support has been excellent. My last problem was a trapped Sciatic nerve; both the physical treatments & recovery plan worked wonders and had me back in the gym well within the initially estimated recovery time.. The reception team are super happy yes you Victoria and always have a smile to greet you. Highly recommended.
I went to Health in Motion seeking help with long-term foot pain. This became worse as I worked from my home office during the pandemic. Normally an active person with a love of walking and running, I was avoiding even short walks to the local shops. Working with Edric, I gradually regained my lost capabilities and confidence. I am now back to my old self - even running 5ks on a weekly basis. Thank you Health in Motion!
I have suffered from migraines since the age of 13, I am 32 today. It got worse over the years and in January of 2021 I suffered a 20 day long migraine and was desperate for some relief. I tried over 5 heavy prescription medications that did not work and gave me horrible side effects and I have been told by countless doctors over the years that I just need to 'drink more water'. I have now been seeing Arthur for the past 6 months or so and my migraines have declined significantly: I had 20 migraines in February of this year, 14 in March, 7 in April and so far 2 in May. I am beyond relieved, beyond happy and beyond grateful. They are all lovely and professional and Arthur is amazing at what he does. I never thought my migraines was so connected to my back pain but today I am able to tell when and what adjustment I need and I walk out of there like a new person every time. Couldn't recommend Health in Motion and Arthur enough. Thank you for giving me quality of life back.
I had a new appointment booked here at the beginning of lockdown. Of course this had to be postponed but Lola suggested, as my problem was with my arm, she may be able to help through using video calls. I agreed to meeting on video calls and I have to say that over the past 7 weeks it has been really great and I feel that she has really helped me. It has been really convenient, not having to travel and appointments have been really easy to access. The video call system is very easy to use we're all used to it now! and the picture and audio are really clear. Lola has been really keen to ensure that she sees me clearly when I tried out exercises and the exercise plan was always clear with diagrams, clear explanation and a link in order to see the exercise done properly on YouTube. All in all it has been a great experience having socially distanced appointments and has been great not to have to wait until July or later to have an appointment. I've not had to wait for my arm to improve and also to learn the strategies and strengthening exercises in order to ensure that I don't strain it in the same way again. Of course, it will always be better to see an Osteopath in person but I think that this alternative has been really worthwhile and useful and I would highly recommend Lola and her team for the work they do and commend her for considering how she can help her clients, at a time when face to face appointments have been impossible. Thank you Health in Motion!
Excellent clinic, my experience was very good, I came to them advised by a friend, with incredible back pain and not being able to move from bed for 3 days until I decided to go. The doctors said it was a back problem and I was only relieved by strong pain meds which only effect was to send me to sleep. When I got to my appointment, Eric was very professional. With 2 consultations my change was incredible, I could walk without so much pain. And his diagnosis was that it was a muscle between the back and the abdomen, I worked on it in a few days I returned to my work and I was able to do exercises again. I really recommend this clinic, they are very professional and I am delighted to share my experience.
After trying to self diagnose and treat runners knee for a couple of months, Lola got me up and running within 2 weeks of treatment. Got the job done with minimum fuss. You do have to follow their advice though. But really excellent. One happy camper.
Lucy has been very helpful with my treatment and my sciatica pain is under control thanks to her personalised exercises and her expertise. The massages are very relaxing and I am left feeling renewed after every appointment.
Would happily recommend this place to anyone, in fact I’ve already done so to local friends after they were recommended to me. I originally sought help for lower back pain, which they were brilliant with, however after developing long Covid Lola has been excellent in helping me open up my lungs and chest. The improvement has been remarkable in helping me breathe and sleep better than I have in weeks and has without doubt sped up my recovery. Lovely people too!
I couldn’t be happier with the service! The team are always friendly and it’s a pleasure to walk in and be greeted by such lovely front of house staff. I came to HIM suffering terribly and Lucy has been outstanding! I am no longer in pain! All treatments have been followed up by exercises that I can do at home. I couldn’t compliment Lucy any higher!
I'm glad that I checked into Health in Motion osteopath. Having had 4 sessions, i can say I'm on my way to having a more flexible lower body. Ed has done a great job in treating my lower back. The exercises that he recommended proved to be very effective. No regrets whatsoever.
