This building always has friendly people, and kind staff
My wife lived here and loved it. Her & her mom were renting out a 3 bedroom balcony suite and on floor 14. My wife said that there was a small fire contained to a suite on the 4th floor years ago. Other than that kid and pet friendly. Very clean, great staff, suites are awesome sized. Great view on floor 14 :
The building is starting to get old. Many suits have been renovated but the building itself is severely outdated. The building is very loud and you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in other suits.
