AVOID THIS LOT.  No capacity to load minutes, only hours. Lot policy is no grace period.  Predatory inspectors. Seven minutes late on a two hour paid ticket resulted in a $76 fine.

Credit card readers are not well maintained and do not work well. The price charged is outrageous for shorter periods.
