The lot attendant gave us incorrect info about where to park in the lot and then gave us a ticket for parking in the wrong spot! Management refused to reverse the ticket, even though we were simply doing what the attendant instructed us to.

**** Avoid using parking spaces managed by this company **** I used one of their machines near Main st. Ottawa. The machine did not issue a ticket and did not return my money. I received a $55.00 City of Ottawa ticket despite putting money in their machine. I called Capital Parking Inc., and they admitted that they had sent out a technician to fix the machine that morning because of several complaints; however, they said that they could not help me because I received the ticket after their technician had fixed the machine. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was told he'd call me back. He did not call, so I called again. The second time I was told that it wasn't their problem and that the supervisor would not call me back and that I was not entitled to even know his name.
