When my daughter signed up I was curious, my husband and daughter wondered if I'd be able to do it as I've never been very coordinated or athletic. BUT I can do it and I love it. The instructors are fabulous, they encourage you to keep going and make the classes interesting. The facilities are clean and well kept and lots of classes to fit any schedule. Highly recommend!

I've only been twice, but already know this will be a place I keep going. The staff are very attentive, helpful, and easy to get along with. They make you feel like you are a part of the group from the beginning. The workouts are challenging but you take it at your own pace. This place and the people are amazing and encouraging. You couldn't find a better place for support in getting you on the road to a healthy lifestyle.

ilovekickboxing is my new obsession. I’ve never craved working out daily (let alone doing the same type of workout everyday) until I joined. The staff are extremely fun, patient, motivational, and energetic. The gym is clean and the other members are awesome! Waking up in the morning is fun when you know you’re going to get a killer workout in and hang out with some awesome people :)

Being a U.S. Army veteran, I know what it feels like to be pushed to my full potential both physically and mentally. I'm also used to the camaraderie and motivation of fellow soldiers to help me through the difficult tasks when I wanted to quit. I Love Kickboxing, in Liverpool, provides all of these qualities, motivation and support I am accustomed to, as well as making each class entertaining and fun. The staff is very friendly, energetic and personable, which makes it feel like a family rather than a random group of people. If you want to become the strongest version of yourself I highly recommend I Love Kickboxing.

Kickboxing here has been the first time in my life that I've actually been excited to go and work out, and sad on the days my work schedule doesn't allow me to get in for a class. The structure of each class is the same, which is great because you know what to expect from class, but each time the exercises and combinations in the bag rounds are slightly different. I leave each class sore but excited to go back the next day. I've only been a member for about a month, but my experience has been incredible so far.
