Service was atrocious. We had a reservation for 8PM, our drinks didn't arrive for 30mins. Salads took an hour. Hot food didn't arrive until well into the second hour. Looked like there was a big party in the other room, but I can't imagine that was a walk-in, so the restaurant had the ability to plan ahead and chose not to. Admittedly the food was boring, but we read the menu and knew what we were getting into. The speed of service though.... Wow.

We were disappointed with our experience. Both veal mains were over cooked and tough. Lack of sauce left pasta sticky. Very limited wine list with inadequate descriptions. Short staffed lead to slow service.

We went to IL Pinnacolo for New Year's eve buffet. The location and the decor are great. The buffet was just average, we will try a full entreê next time.

Delicious food at a reasonable price. Pasta was great.

Dinner took 3 hours in an empty restaurant. Food was below par as well.
