Overall rankings - taste 3.5/5, portion - 3.5/5, presentation - 4/5 We had the Tiramisu and Giandaru flavours. The Giandaru had a nice chocolatey and hazelnut flavour but can be overpowering even within a small container. The tiramisu was very tasty, smooth and creamy and we definitely wanted more! Overall a nice gelato shop with different options, fair prices and tasty flavours.

Great ice cream But I was so disappointed they didn’t have all the flavors they claimed to have we had to compromise on what we wanted. If they don’t maintain excellent service they will loose clients Edit: it was a Mother’s Day weekend! A big crowed is totally expected!!!! Your reply and way of treating customers is going to send customers away! Experience is not as expected compared to the price I’m paying for the ice-cream! You got mad at the employee for putting a-little over which in my opinion was what was suppose to be on the $7+ that I’m paying for the icecream!
Nice spot in Oakville to check out for sure. No complains about the flavor and the gelato itself. They should have more size and customizing options for a person like me who does not eat lot of sugars. They also do not do samples at all. If I ask I would like less portion there should be an option to pay less for that too…which apparently they do not have.
Hit it ! I really nice spot with some great choices. I found the Gelato to be quite tasty and I would definitely come back. They have some seating space inside and outside.
OMG, they offer more than just Gelato! With a warm smile that caught my attention, I walked into the store and discovered that they also serve coffee and snacks. The staff professionally explained their coffee brands and flavors to me, which made me trust their recommendations. I tried their cappuccino and pistachio croissant and was blown away by the latte art, showcasing their expertise! It is summertime now, GIVE IT A TRY, PEOPLE!!!
The best gelato in Ontario has arrived in Oakville. This is the closest you'll get to Italian gelato. Drove forty-five minutes to come get some as Vaughan mills location closed. The only disappointment is there's no washroom in a place you're allowed to dine in I don't know how that was allowed.
Best gelato in town! They have tons of options, delicious flavors and also dog gelato! They’re pet friendly and you can bring your pets inside to have gelato with you! That’s amazing! I hope more businesses follow the same path!
Favorite gelato spot close to Oakville Lakeshore. The staff was very friendly and the gelato tasted great. Would visit again in the future!
Our favourite gelato place in ontario. We used to go all the way to Niagara to get it and are glad they’ve come to oakville.
