Good service. Great selection. Family friendly. Clean. But Not open late enough in my opinion.

Love this location because it's a no nonsense place with booth seating. Came here and got my birthday pancakes. Pick a California address if you want them to be able to scan your coupon from your phone.

Love Ihop but more importantly, love this one! Friendly staff and they get to know their customers likes if you go often.

Great service as always, with tasty western style breakfast offerings. I've never had a bad stack or pancakes here! They've blocked off some tables to comply with Covid regulations and I felt safe dining. Convenient location as well with lots of parking right in the heart of Richmond.

Excellent service and great tasting food cooked to my pallet. Atmosphere is lovely, great place to bring your dad for Father's Day or just the occasional dine-out experience.

Just came in for a late breakfast and it was delicious! The New York Cheesecake pancakes were my favourite. But I would like to say that our server Donald was absolutely phenomenal. He is super attentive, hilarious and was such a delight. He was quick with everything. Really loved his customer service. Excellent. We will come again!

Sean is GOLD as a server. The whole team is very nice though really. Prices have gone up over time and quality is average to below average, but the staff make up for it and everything is usually very very fast to come out.
