Usually good, but on this day no one told the waitress that they were out of potato soup until she picked up the order to bring to the table. That's supposed to be made clear when the kitchen gets the order. So one of us did not eat.

Great food great pancakes great eggs, fast service friendly service clean restaurant prices are fair.

I gave it 3 stars only because the food was awesome!!! In past visits, I probably would have given it 4-5 stars, but last night, the floors were littered with garbage everywhere you looked, the bathrooms were a complete mess (men and women's--my husband told me the men's bathroom was awful), there were tables that hadn't been wiped down, and none of the staff even seemed to notice.

I have only been to this establishment one time and the hostess was very helpful and considerate to my to go order, and not just about a tip.

Coffee was hot, food was cold. It took 22 minutes to get eggs and pancakes. We should have skipped the chain and gone to a locally-owned restaurant. The waitress was pleasant and attentive.
