Food was good anud uthe service was fast at first but then took over thirty in to get our pancakes

I wish I had come here sooner, but other IHOPs I have been to haven’t been that great. The food at this location is really good. Kaitlin was our server and she helped me decide on what to get and it didn’t disappoint. The best part is the food was super cheap because we came between 3pm and 8pm.

Went there this morning, two adults, two kids, place was more than half empty, maybe 8 or so tables seated, we were seated right away with no wait. Timeline is below:nn20 minutes: First contact with waitress, ordered.nn45 minutes: Update from waitress, kitchen running behind.nn60 minutes: Flagged down waitress, kitchen running behind.nn75 minutes: Running out of time, ask for food to be prepped to go instead.nn90 minutes: Got food, left.nnNo one expects a less than half full IHOP to take 90 minutes... we ordered a plate of pancakes for the kids to share, eggs and sausage for me, eggs and bacon for the wife.nn90 minutes? It's a joke, we're never going back.

I only gave it one star because I had to. In the past, the food has always been pretty fair. But the other day my son and I went to this location and lady at the hostess stand was Soo rude to us. I asked her about a special they were having and she was snide and I couldn't bring myself to spend money there. I'm sad because this used to be our family date place. I told the lady I was perceiving her as being rude and she just got more rude. It's really disheartening to see how bad the customer service has gotten here.

We had the greatest experience ever. Busy Mother’s Day, and the hostess was fast and thoughtful, I’m 7 month pregnant and she got us a booth because we preferred it. Our server was absolutely amazing! I cannot remember her name but she recommended the Cinnabon crapes and they were to die for! She also ensured that our mozzarella sticks came out super fast. She was so friendly and on top of everything. I don’t think anything could top this service. The food was all absolutely amazing as well, cooked perfectly! For such a busy day I wasn’t expecting much and got above and beyond.
