We had an excellent experience at IHOP today.nnOur server, Lilian L, made the visit outstanding.nShe was quick, attentive, and friendly.nShe kept checking on us without being intrusive.nOur food came out just right every time she’s the one serving us.nHer positive attitude makes the meal feel better.nYou can tell she enjoys what she does.nnIf you visit this IHOP, ask for Lilian L — she’s the reason we keep coming back.
Every visit to this IHOP is a great, but what truly makes it special is Gee. He is warm, welcoming, and always serves with a smile. Gee’s friendliness and genuine care create such a positive atmosphere—it’s always a pleasure to be seated in his section. Thank you, Gee, for making each visit feel so enjoyable!
We love coming to iHop - it’s always such a great overall experience. Lillian helps us with our order every time we are here and she’s such a gem! The food is GREAT and the service is OUTSTANDING! Our go-to combos is the Farmhouse Breakfast!
I was there with my family over the weekend. I have to say from all the times that I’ve been here this was by far the worst in terms of food. I ordered the huevos rancheros and I have to say it was far from gross the plate presentation didn’t look at all as the description from the menu. No fresh salsa seems like whoever fixed this plate together really was having a bad day. PlusnThe side beans they serve were not only looking disgusting but to give the benefit of the doubt and trying them was definitely not a good idea. They were dry and not able to eat.Ended up not eating what I ordered. I was very disappointed, since we don’t come here often but now with this experience we’ll probably not return in a long while. I was also very surprised that a manager cleared the plate and even seeing all the food still in the plate didn’t have the grace to ask if there was any kind of mistake or concernnAlso found a hair in our pancakesnAnd didn’t get our kid’s full plate we missed the eggs which I don’t blame the server because they seem to be tending to more tables than they can actually handle it’s crazy the waiting times to even see a server.nI’ve had good experiences here in the past not great ones just normal visits but this one was a deal breaker for sure.nnCareful with what you order and make sure you get what you pay fornnFor the same price I have gotten better food quality, better service, and way better presentation than here.
Last time I was at IHOP was 10 years ago and they served their food with fresh fruits. Now there is only a cheap a banana on top next to strawberry sauce. The quality went way down and the prices up. Not worth going …
