The missus and I have had a number of dates at this IHOP location; mainly for early weekend breakfasts. It can get busy during brunch hours but the manager always seems under control and the waits are minimal. From our experiences, the servers are always very efficient and attentive. The food is always consistent and this IHOP is our go to sit down served breakfast place. The missus also enjoys their turkey sandwiches as it is made with real turkey versus turkey roll.
Really a nice place to have brunches and dine in with your family. Lots of options to choose from , my kids love the pan cakes. They are so soft and fluffy. We reached almost at 7.15 to dine in and the staff was really nice to serve us quickly. The diner closes at 8 pm but they waited a couple of mins extra till my kids could finish dinner. Very polite and courteous staff. Would love to visit again
Staffs were amazingly kind! I usually don’t write a review, but I highly recommend this restaurant bcz food tastes good, portion is huge, and servers were really nice The menu I tried to find wasn’t there but he did his best for my beverage and food. I forgot the name his name started with ‘Da’ and he made my day. He deserves high percentage tips. I would definitely go this restaurant again.
The best IHOP we’ve ever been to! Awesome people with excellent focus on customer attendance, giving out of the world experience! Very special mention goes to Natasha whose traits are text book definitions for how to be a perfect hostess! From the moment we were seated till the moment we got out, it was such an awesome journey. Courteous, sincere, fast and intelligent in handling our requests for both sit and dine and takeout. Flawless and perfect to the core! We were surprised at the speed of delivery of food items to our table and we exclaimed telling her how come so fast, pat came the reply from her that it’s breakfast and so it has got to be fast! She also mentioned pay cheque meaning customer satisfaction is directly connected to the pay cheque! How many people understand such a simple but a very important and fundamental fact! She also delivered everything pretty quick without holding back or waiting to be asked, proactively! So, you get everything you ordered for, directly from the oven, piping hot and steaming hot! It was a real pleasure to eat all the items so hot, that included coffee as well! What an asset having such an employee like Natasha in any business! This is our first ever visit to this location and we regretted of the fact that why it took so long for us to come to this gem of a place! Very clean ambiance in a nice looking building with perfect seating layout and ample car parking, though it’s in the very centre of the city! This place has now become our ‘go to IHOP’ for our breakfast! If you haven’t visited this place yet, please do so and you will understand why we are praising so much about this place!
Good service, very reasonably priced dishes. We ordered pancakes and crepes and additional bacon and hashbrown. The hashbrown was crispy outside but not over-cooked, moist inside, perhaps the best I'd ever had. We had brunch there on this Boxing day, the restaurant was packed but the servers didn't lose their coolness, and the kitchen didn't mess up the food - they were delivered to our table fresh, hot and tasty. We also love that they have made a conscious effort to hire visible minorities.
Almost everything was good about this location I had not bad service and the food was solid except for the Country Fried Steak. It was not very good tasted like something that MCDonalds will put out unfortunately. Will definitely come back here.
Visited iHop in New west Minister recently. Place was nice but very busy. Got a space at patio. Portions were decent and uninterrupted refill of coffee was awesome. Nothing can go wrong when it’s a breakfast brunch at iHop. Got money worth.
Wow what a busy place. A little bit of a wait. Staff was wearing masks. Everyone else seemed to be as well if they weren't sitting at a table eating. Food was great for the price. I suggest you get the breakfast sampler, 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon, 2 pieces of ham, 2 sausages and hashbrowns. It was the same price as a regular pancake but only 1 of the three meat items.
Delicious breakfast as expected. Maintain standard of ihop as usual. Servant were very polite and courteous special thanks to Natasha who made our dining sensation happy.
we go here bec the metrotown one has closed down. we usually go to ihop to celebrate bdays and their famous pancakes, waffles and not their hot meals. so when we came here their pancakes are not good anymore. sadly Waffle house has better batter now and tastes better. not sure what changed. also, if you have a promo you have to print it out everytime. even if it's on your mobile or in your email. they still need to do paper trail. too old school here. so sadly we wont be coming back to ihop for pancakes anymore.
