Easy to access location from the Trans Canada Highway. Bright and inviting interior. Good breakfast selection. Food was good and portions were decent. Staff were welcoming and friendly.
Don't knowni hadn't tried IHOP earlier! They say first impressions goes a long way and they did pull it off. The staff definitely wowed us, especially Crystal! Can't wait for our next visit. Kid-friendliness: The kids absolutely loved it! Parking: Free parking for all. Disabled parking also available.
Reminded me of an old pup, did not feel the friendliness of the staff till after paid the bill and left her a tip. I ordered off the 55 plus and they charged me full price had to get it adjusted. The food was good and the portions reasonable. Don't think I'll go back. 3 bacon and eggs $47. Parking: Good parking Wheelchair accessibility: Has wheelchair access but parking is around the corner of the building.
IHOP Medicine Hat always has great food, great service and great prices! Today when we arrived the manager was out in the cold helping a customer load his walker into his vehicle. Wow. This is something we need more of in the world. Well done! :
I liked this location. Our server was incredibly friendly, and we really enjoyed her personality and humor. It's nice to see a server be talkative and genuinely friendly.Food: 5/5
Great dine in but DO NOT order for takeout or through skip. 3 out of 4 of my orders were wrong, burnt or items left out. Will not do it a 5 time. Lesson learned. Please pay more attention. Thanks
We were sitting for 15 minutes at least before waitresses realized we were still waiting. Table next to us are barely seated and have coffee and juice. We finally got our coffee. Food was basic but good; nothing to make me come back after this visit.
My experience at this location was great. The staff was great and was willing to adjust the meals for our picky children. The pricing is on par with what you would expect with a breakfast diner at a about $10 to $15 per meal. I recommended this location if you are in the area. Best to show up early to avoid the rush.
