Stopped at this location for "quick" breakfast on our trip cross country and while the food was what you usually expect from IHOP, the service was absolutely terrible. It took forever to get seated since no one was managing the hosting/paying station and once we finally got seated we were ignored for about 15 min while the at least 4 waiters were in the area by the beverage machine just having loud, personal conversations. The service in this location could definitely use more professionalism. While we absolutely love IHOP I would not recommend this particular location due to service!
I love I-Hop but this particular experience kinda ruined my overall loyalty to this place. This particular location somehow has been going downhill as of late. No host at the entrance and some employees were just mingling at the front, loudly chatting and arguing. My party even noticed the girls up front doing their makeup and laying on the tables. Poor waiter in our area was the only one actually working and attending us after 15min of my party feeling ignored. We came at 3pm when it was slow and there was still a long wait for everything. I don't like being a 'Karen', but that was unprofessional on the server's half. Vegetarian options: Nice to see plant powered options finally. Dietary restrictions: They have more gluten options for the typical meals
Supposed to be during their food happy hour and I was charged full price. When I mentioned it, they took off the price of my pop, but still full price for my food. Server was nice yet unattenive. Waited for long periods for everything. Menu, drink, ordering, ticket, and payment. The chicken sandwich was very good though! Ordered it deluxe with bacon. Yummy. Awesomely fresh fruit as a side. Ended up paying $11 and tipped 20% on top of that because I know there is a shortage of restaurant workers. Who knows what all my server had to cover. There weren't many diners, but he could have been rolling silverware or bussing tables or food prep or whatever.
I love Ihop, but won't be coming back to this location. We came in, lots of people waiting to be seated, and plenty of empty booths. After 10 minutes, someone yelled to sit down anywhere and they'd find us. Wait service seemed good at drink orders, but then wrong drinks were brought. I got hot chocolate, and asked for a spoon. By the time we got any silverware, my whipped cream had melted, and drink was cold. Been waiting for our food for quite some time now. I'm usually a 15-20% tipper. Today, I will not be leaving a tip. Terrible service.
The staff behind the half wall were using such vulgar language and was extremely loud about it. I had 2 children with me and asked our waitress to please ask them to refrain from using such language. They didn't seem to be happy about my request. My waitress was very good and nice. The food came out cold. My family and I will not return. Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly due to the language the staff used.
Great place to eat for all meals, one day got pancakes for breakfast, and a different day came back and got I think a burrito, I can’t clearly remember, all I know is it was great and I had nothing left on my plate. Could’ve been an omelette, but I had dinner and breakfast both. Great service too, food was served in a reasonable time and they came by quickly when it came to refills. Only thing is when they were out of marinara sauce they just gave everyone salsa and didn’t tell them so I didn’t like what I dipped my cheese stick in. Great place
We had stopped coming for awhile but devised to come in this morning... What a change. The food was awesome again the people amazing. Very happy with experience!! Thanks! Food: 5/5
This was such a bad experience and the food was absolutely terrible. My spouse and I went and ordered as T-bone steak and eggs meal and I ordered a strawberry crepes combo-crepes 2 eggs scrambled, country potatoes, and crispy bacon. First, the server told us that they don't have a crepe combo and another worker told us that they do. She then brought us our plates and brought me blueberry crepes and my country potatoes were mushy. My spouse's T-bone was well done, over hard eggs were runny, and her potatoes were mushy as well and she never got her pancakes. We told them that we just weren't going to eat there because everything was wrong and THEY STILL MADE US PAY FOR THE BACON. We won't be back. Don't eat here at all.
The waitress did well for as busy as they were. Our food came out relatively quick and it all tasted fresh. Solid breakfast.Food: 4/5
It was a good place to eat at but our food was our food was cold by the time we got it or waiter was serving everybody else and we were the last Table after we got there before the other people and we didn't understand why and then she took forever to give us our check so we can pay and leave it was just a crazy night Parking: The parking lot was pretty empty when we got there so there was a lot of parking spots by the time we left it was packed
