It's a supermarket located conveniently in the mall under the tower where i work. It's got decent baked goods as well as fruit and veggies. If i don't bring food to the office and I feel like getting a snack it works out.
On Feb 18 decided to buy grapes for 4.94 a pack: there was a big stand with grapes sale. Took several packs and on the quick cash register I was told it was 6.99. I went back to check the stand and nowhere a price of 6.99 was mentioned. Please see a photo: it clearly shows 4.94 and those Jam Grapes are basically everywhere on the stand. The ladies at the grocery were very lazy to change the price and just said 4.94 is for different type of grapes. The customer service was very bad, the amount of lazyness those ladies had is just showing how badly organized this grocery, especially when a very calm customer like me is looking at this situation.
clean, well-organized, prices arnt too crazy but not cheap either so you gotta go regularly to find the best deal on discount. Meat section is spotless and good quality. It has everything you need so you dont have to run around from one store to another. Its a single people store not suitable for family grocery trip its pricy. 4 star only because of the cashiers, rude, hate their jobs but the self-checkout option is the best, within minutes, you are out.
Bought riviera coconut milk yogurt the one that comes in little jars and I was eating one and noticed a dark circle… it was mold and there was more once I took a closer look. When I checked the best before date it was Jan 31st… I bought it march 19
The employer “Jackson” truly provided the worst customer service I’ve had in over 10 years coming to this grocery store. Yelling at a client is not the way to handle a situation, JACKSON! And closing the cash in my face so I can’t purchase my items is beyond cruel. Me being black does not give you the right to behave in such a matter. Never have I been mistreated in such a way. Apart from this privileged kid, the rest of the staff were fantastic. Very helpful helping me navigate through the store.
It's big store which is inside other business. It has numerous Eating Consumables are there. Wheelchair Accessible. Parking available outside of building. Staff are very cooperative.
They have a lot of nice stuffs that other shops don't sale.
Clean and convenient, and open late. The prices were good, the selection is great. It was a fantastic that we could easily get to it when exiting the Metro - especially so when most of the rest of the mall was closed after 9pm. The fruit we picked up was good quality, the baked goods were still quite nice late at night. The sake on ice cream led to a happy impulse buy. A wonderful grocery experience for travellers and locals!
Attention of employers to customers is really poor. They just ignore everyone. I was in this shop few times. Ignoring on cash 9/10!
If you like mazes, you'll be in the right place. Other than that it had good selection, absolutely full when i went though.
