You have to watch when you go to this IGA they advertise $10 off when you buy 2 Ricardo products but when I got to cashier this deal was expired even though signs were there
Very nice staff and clean store.nnAlso lost my car key here while doing my groceries and an employee returned it to me after calling them. Great people!
This place refuse returns of Chocolate boxes gifts sealed and regular price. I brought from yesterday but the receipt says 14 days of return. Employees seems to make their own rules.nThis place need to be reported.nOffice de la protection du consommateur
Way overpriced products, also we bought some yogurt and it was moldy with long expiry date. Lemons became moldy after 2 days of purchase. Etc. Metro is better quality.
Waiting for service at the hot meal counter, I see 3 people in the kitchen preparing meals, a 4th person comes behind the counter to take 2 baskets out of the fryer because the timer went off. They all see me, and yet no one comes or acknowledges that we're waiting. Me and two other customers I had to come to them in the opening of the fridge counters to ask for service and it turned out to be a 5th person that was doing the dishes. So none of the other 4 employees bothered to let the 5th employee know that there were customers waiting at the hot meal counter.nnNot recommended if you are in rush to get a grab'n'go meals.nnChicken poutine is the Thursday special and was pretty good.nnSo meal is good. Service was crap.
