I've been dealing with IFS for almost 6 years now, great company, great communication wont be going anywhere else anytime soon!

I have called multiple times and no one picks up and there is no answering machine, only a males voice telling me "our customer representatives are here to help you from 8:30am to 7:00pm" and then it says "goodbye" in a female voice and hangs up on you. If they were there to help me why hasn't anyone picked up the phone! Very disappointed...
