I have been a customer of Customer First Financeing for a couple of years now and I could not be happier. They are very understanding, supportive, helpful and knowledgeable. They put you at ease and walk you through the process step by step and are honest and upfront with everything and they give great advice. I like Customer First Financing also because they are a local Nova Scotia business. Thee is no out of country or province call centre ior headquarters. It is a local Nova Scotia group of people supporting and serving local Nova Scotias. Supporting local companies is something very important to me so they are great. I highly recommend Customer First Financing and in particular Sheila Hicks. Thank you.
Easy to apply, get an answer usually within 24 hours. Always willing to help out. They report to Equifax so helps build your credit. Will go above and beyond to try and help someone fix a bad situation!
Amazing company never have any issues. Totally professional, respectful, helpful , and extremely nice employees been a client of there for years and recommend them to anyone as I will be a returning customer!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst company ever to deal with. They take money from your bank account without notifying you. They mess around with your credit by reporting your account closed, then decide to open your account again and lie and say you owe more money. Stay far away from this company, very shady people to give your bank account information too.
Applying was really easy and I had my loan in a couple days. They report to the credit bureau, so it really helped me re-establish my credit. Everyone I dealt with at CFF was helpful and professional, they answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything I was signing. Definitely recommend using them to rebuild credit.
Customer first financing is absolutely wonderful to deal with. They have gone above an beyond over the past few years to help me rebuild my credit enough that I was recently able to buy my first home! Ruth is a pleasure to deal with and I would HIGHLY recommend going to see her especially if you’re looking to rebuild your credit.
Approval process is extremely difficult and takes much longer than the 24-48 hour period they advertise to receive a decision. Also they advertise they are a local company but they kept saying they were sending my information "away" to be evaluated. Days and days of questions when all of the necessary questions should have been asked on the first day the application was submitted. The only good thing I can say is the customer service was good and staff were friendly, However If you are looking for an easy and efficient approval process I wouldn't reccomend.
Application process was simple, staff are friendly, helpful and understanding of all situations. Highly recommended
Denied consolidation loan to pay down some of my debt as they didn't think it would "fit my budget". But they proceeded with referring me to their neighbouring car dealership to add to my existing debt.
I just got a 2nd loan from them, i deal with ruth, she is very hepful and does everything she can to help you. I will defintly continue to use them.
