Nearly through a full course laser hair removal on several areas, over a dozen separate sessions. Crystal and Maribelle have each been professional, accommodating, and meticulously careful every session. The results are beyond satisfying - feeling this good about yourself especially if you have dsyphoria, etc. is easily worth the sting of the laser treatment. The value on promo deals and membership are excellent, so definitely try to catch them when you can.
I have been coming to Ideal Image for several years now. Just yesterday I had my another BBL session with Crystal. She is amazing, very detailed, thorough and careful! Occasionally I go to other places for my cosmetic needs and pay much more for the same services but not getting any better results. So, I always come back to Ideal Image.Service: BBL photo facial
Extremely commercial approach, with the sole purpose of making money on the backs of customers who are only looking for information and to find the ideal aesthetic center. Pressure was put to sign up, to pay more for the warranty contract etc... Pricing of services were high, and also variable according to, I assume, the information you give them job, age etc..... I felt trapped in the pressure of a commercial purpose zoom call, which they claim to be a "free consultation with a specialist". In 2023 I do not think that you should treat patients as wallets only but as sensitive living beings, seeking quality services.
Megan is amazing! She’s been doing my laser hair removal and cool sculpting since February and is always so kind and so knowledgeable. Her technics is high-level, and I am always happy with results. Front desk staff is also very friendly. Thank you, Kaori
All staff are extremely kind and knowledgeable! I came into the Granville location looking for information about their services, and was explained everything clearly and respectfully. I will definitely be back to receive services. I highly recommend this company and especially this location to anyone that is looking for great services and to be treated phenomenally by staff.
What a great experience! Super friendly staff and my nurse Megan was great! I was a big nervous at first but she put my mind at ease. I'll be back for more services in the New Year!Service: CoolSculpting treatments
I have never Witten a review but this time i want to write about terrible experience with the consultants who want only sale the package. first consultant was following up to sale the package and after my visa was charged $1000 she didn't reply my questions. when i told her i want to pay in installment she sent me a link and then she told me i asked my manager to refund the amount and you pay by paybright. Now i am double charged and no one replied me. second consultant also said i can not see that you are double charged! and didn't reply my emails anymore! I don't want to experience their service because they don't have any commitment .this business is the my worst experience since i moved to canada. I just want to refund my money. One start is extra for this business.
Even though I have not used the services yet but the sales person DJ increased my trust by not being pushy. She professionally addressed all my questions and concerns. And finally, she closed the sale successfully.
It is unfortunate that their corporate head office and total lack of customer service ruins the entire perception of their business. It is extremely disappointing that after a sales rep communicates wrong information to you, and you enter into a contract based on this information, corporate office puts in zero effort after 7 months of following up and won't honour what was communicated by the sales rep. The local staff and nurses at the Granville location are lovely and do a great job.
I’m really happy with the laser hair removal treatment. I’m seeing great results on my legs and everyone at the Granville location is super nice & welcoming from reception to the technicians!Service: Laser hair removal
