Great ice cream shop. Icy Rolls were amazing, delicious handmade dessert. Clean well organized store with friendly happy staff. A hidden gem. Gluten free and dairy free options as well. Definitely will be returning.
I got the caramel salted pretzel with chocolate and rainbow sprinkles and I must say it was delicious! It was very cool to see them make it as well. Definitely recommend!
Tucked away in a shopping plaza is a cute ice cream shop. You might miss it if you're looking for Grassroots. But, this place was AMAZING! We showed up with 8 kids ranging from 10 - 4 years old and 3 adults. The staff was awesome. They interacted and entertained the kids while preparing the ice cream. Their flavors are great, too! My kids had smores, hulk, salted caramel pretzel and I had Tarzan Lover banana & nutella. There are gluten free options and dairy free options. Their concept is fun - "sushi" ice cream in a bowl! It was a great first time experience and we will defiantly go back again! I recommend everyone to try this place! Great product and FANTASTIC service.
Icy Rolls is tucked away in the corner of a small plaza. They have a nicely shaded outdoor seating area you’ll walk by as you enter. This is the second place I’ve gone to that serves Thai iced rolls and I am a big fan of the first one, Absolute Zero in Northampton, MA. It’s tough to not compare this to Absolute Zero. They have a fast paced, excited staff that’s engaging and really make a show out of the process. The vibe is infectious and represents Northampton well. Juxtaposed with the staff at Icy Rolls is a disappointment. They were polite but you could tell that neither of them wanted to be there. They moved slowly and it was really boring to see them prepare something that normally looks so cool. They have 12 pre-made menu items, but of course you can customize them if you wish. No seasonal menu like Absolute Zero. The flavor selection is pretty standard and unadventurous. I ordered the Morning Coffee flavor. It was pretty good but you can tell the chocolate sauce is the cheap stuff and not freshly made or high quality. I’m giving it 3 stars because the ice cream was good but the atmosphere was lack luster. It’s still a great place to bring your kids and try it out if you’ve never experienced Thai Iced Rolls. Lastly, the sign outside says “Stir-Fried Ice Cream”. I don’t know where they got this from because this ice cream is in no way fried.
Delicious. Something new & fun. Great for kids & people of all ages. Love how they create ice cream rolls to your personal taste. Owner was beyond sweet & courteous. We will be back.
I absolutely love this place. The employees are very welcoming, and the ice cream is so delicious. I love all the variety that they have in both ice cream and toppings. I 100% would recommend this place to anyone.
Delicious ice cream! Great choices available. The wait can be long if a bunch of people come in at the same time, but it's because they mix it right then and there. Fun and different!
Love the tea! And the kindneess
The ice cream is good but the customer service and prices are not so good, the fist time I went there the cashier was very quiet and I could not understand a word they were saying because they were just pointing to the menu. Cute place tho. We got 4 rolled ice creams and paid over 30 dollars which in my opinion I’d rather just go to the grocery stores and buy be and Jerry’s ‍
This is a hidden gem. I've been here twice, and both times I was blown away by how fresh everything was. Way more ice cream that it appears to be and lots of available toppings. I'd take this over grassroots and dairy cream every time.
