This is a classy and down-to-earth establishment characterized by good value for money and fine service. While the haircuts are perfectly serviceable, it is the old fashioned shaves and steady-handed beard trims that keep me going back time after time. In a town where basic competence has become so rare that it is now easy to confuse it with luxury, Iconic not only gets the job done, but they do it in a clean and hip environment. A rarely mentioned bit of trivia is that Iconic is actually the historical birthplace of the #meethree movement.

First time visit. They can cut hair. No complaints on their hair cutting skills. These people have been trained and know how to cut men's hair. They don't rush, are friendly and very skilled. I was happy with my cut. Having tried almost all Orangeville barbers, who mostly suck, these guys are the real deal. But, they are expensive. If you need a particular cut or have a lot of hair, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, don't spend the money. They charge Toronto prices in Orangeville. The language was too salty for the kids - given the number of kids in Orangeville, the owners need to do more work. Their website needs updating - I should be able to see all bookings and book what I want, with the barber I want. It's a little amateur for what they are charging. They have some weird 1990s ATM near the door that dings you $2 if you need to pay by debit - as they don't appear to have a debit terminal. I was advised to take money from it aftering offering up my debit card. I guess they get a cut of the proceeds, but it's not professional given their prices. It's taking advantage of the customer, who just spent $30. My haircut cost me $32 with the ATM fee included. I gave my barber a $5 tip, so it wasn't cheap. The cash only isn't on listed on their website. They do respond to website contact inquiries right away, so that is good. If they get their business act together, without the ATM gouge, they would be a good alternative to other Orangeville men's barbers. Iconic barbers can cut hair. But, I didn't feel valued as a customer (my barber was great, but the total experience was not) given the ATM gouge. They need to be more professional. They need to cater to the Orangeville community, not just the bros.I felt taken advantage of, so would not go back.

Took my 4 year old here expecting a top quality cut before Christmas Holidays. What he received was something you would expect from a child with scissors. (Feel free to contact me for pictures of the haircut.) Regretfully I went back to the salon a few days later to give them a chance to rectify the issue. Understandable we all have bad days, an acknowledgment that a mistake had been made would of been sufficient. Alternatively management chose to ignore us, even after I asked for a second opinion. I was further advised by the barber that the salon does not warranty their cuts. Sorry guys but a dismissing attempt for a partial refund is not suffice. I just wanted my boys hair cut fixed.

I hated how perfect my hair looked! I hated that we joked and laughed and kept it real chill the whole time. I hated how clean the place was and I also hated that I was In and out in under 1/2hr... and most of all I hated the ice cold beer! Honestly.... I hated getting my hair cut till I started coming here! BEST PLACE HANDS DOWN! The staff here keep it real, make you feel at home... they don’t rush the cut, take your money, and kick you out... they converse with you and make your cutting experience truly unique.
