Ichiban Restaurant Japanese Cuisine

Not very friendly, but their food is tasty. They have great selection of food. Lavalava roll is the best in Edmonton. I hope they become little more friendly on the phone. Always I feel not so good.

Ichiban is always great every time I have been. Ichiban is a West Side Staple! Great food and great service! Unfortunately it is only pick up only right now but I can finally eat their delicious sushi from the comfort of my own home!

One of our favorite restaurants. Sushi is always fresh, service is wonderful. We have been coming here for years and it never disappoints!

Service is great. We didn’t wait for our order long and sushi/maki were freshly done. Slices were big, rice soft, we really enjoyed our food. Tried Fanatasy - amazing!!! Price wise - cheaper than at other sushi places. Highly recommend to sushi lovers!

My families favourite place to go for sushi! Hidden gem in a strip mall on the west side. I love the Maki Maki roll, with tuna, salmon, and red snapper.

Had a light craving for sushi so phoned to order take out. Had the toro sushi, fish was tender and buttery. Also had the yam and avocado maki roll, it was so good! I’ve never had yam tempura inside a roll and the combination was really nice. We will back again. Keep in mind dine in is currently not being offered, take out only.
