ICBC Driver Licensing

I went there to renew my driver’s license without an appointment last week, and a very nice lady advised me to make an appointment instead of waiting there for don’t know how long. She helped me book the appointment and I saw her again today at counter 4, general check in. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. Forgot to ask for her name, really wanted to thank her for her great service, really appreciate it. The gentleman who helped me with the renewal was very nice too. In short, great staff

I would like to share my positive experience during my road test at ICBC. My evaluator, Colin, was very patient and kind throughout the entire process. What I truly appreciated was his warm and respectful treatment of the candidates. His attitude helped me feel calmer during the test. He is definitely a great example of the type of evaluator ICBC should be proud to have.

Mr. Colan served as my examiner, and he kindly reassured me several times throughout the test to remain calm and relaxed, which helped me feel comfortable and confident. He was extremely professional, patient, and polite during the entire examination. I am truly pleased that he was my examiner.
