ICBC driver licensing is the system in British Columbia, Canada, managed by the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia ICBC, that provides all driver's licenses, including issuing them and managing the process of obtaining them. This includes initial learner's permits, novice licenses, and full Class 5 licenses, which are obtained through a multi-stage graduated licensing program that involves knowledge tests and road tests.nnICBC also handles license renewals, and issues enhanced driver's licenses EDLs for crossing into the United States.nnToday I came to this location for the first time. I accompanied my father. It was an awkward start when we met a lady with dark hair at the front. We got our ticket and waited only 10 minutes. We were then greeted and helped by a awesome gentleman with dark framed glasses. The license renewal was a breeze and we were all smiling when we saw that senior citizens pay only $17 for renewal! nnI’ll definitely be back at this location. It’s so convenient with the food court just right upstairs. Unfortunately I won’t qualify for the senior citizens discount

Horrible Customer Service. Both ladies working at the counter were unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Giving lecture and attitude to the customers, this is discriminatory and power abuse at their end when people need to renew their driving license.nnThe experience was disappointing and unacceptable. It was clear that the staff at this location would benefit from additional customer service training, particularly in communicating with clients in a respectful and constructive manner.nnI hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to improvements in staff behavior and customer care standards.
