It's crowded, small, and a bit with down which is expected, as it's in the mall. However, it's fairly quick. Most of the workers are polite though direct, and so it's a fairly fast process.nnI've had two good experiences, one bad. Overall, I'd recommend it for license renewals and simple straightforward appointments. You should, absolutely, make an appointment. Expect to get there 10-15 minutes early. Expect to wait an additional 10-20 minutes.
Although visiting ICBC is often perceived as a daunting task, my experience at the Metrotown location this week was exceptionally positive. Although I didn’t have an appointment to renew my license and was concerned it might take a while, the process was quick, efficient, and seamless from start to finish. I was in and out in just 10 minutes. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and wished me a happy birthday. At the photo counter, the employee even took the time to ensure I was happy with my new license photo and signature. The whole experience was easy and pleasant—definitely a 10/10!
everyone here is so nice and friendly, special thanks to Suzanny not sure if I got her name right for being so kind and helpful, her cheerful personality really helped me stay calm before my knowledge test. Wait time is short, they are very on time and efficient with their appointments. I highly recommend this location for any services related to ICBC and special thanks to Suzanny !
I had an appointment. The process was very quick. Had 11 counters, and majority of them were open. In and out in 10 minutes for a renewal. Shout out to the friendly lady working counter 11. Way smoother than my experience at commercial drive.
surprisingly, this appointment went way better than expected. In and out in 10 minutes. My first surprise was that there’s only 1 line up for the check in. Whether you have an appointment or not, is the same line. However, the line up moves quite fast, so I was able to do the DL renewal in less than 10 minutes. Unbelievable but true. The staff I dealt with that day was super friendly as well. No complaints at all.
