Total Pros!nLast Friday around 5:30PM I had the tremendous pleasure to meet two phenomenal people.nI’m only sad that I didn’t get their names. :nI booked my appointment online, showed up a few minutes late but no worries.nThe first lady I spoke with confirmed my appointment and set me up for the next person.nAbout a minute later I was talking with the second lady who processed my license and care card and I was finished in about 7 minutes.nBoth these people were tier one pros!nSuper personalities!nThey completely understood what good customer service is all about.nEven if the second lady joked about me being the same age or close to her grandfather’s age. You had to be there to appreciate the context of how funny this was. : It made me chuckle.nnIn this world it seems all you hear about are the complaints but it’s just as important to serve up the compliments.nnThank you to you both! Don’t ever change!
I had an excellent experience at the ICBC thanks to Terry! From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. She took the time to answer all my questions, guide me through the process, and made sure I understood every step. It's rare to encounter such outstanding customer service at the ICBC, but Terry truly went above and beyond to make the whole experience smoother and less stressful. THANK YOU!
All the staff here are very friendly and patient. They take time to explain things clearly and make you feel welcome. The wait might take a little while, but it’s usually reasonable. Smile back—they’re doing their best, and a little kindness makes everyone’s day better!
I walked into ICBC hoping for a walk in but the wait time was an hour so i had to come at a later time. Stephanie was the one who was super understanding and informed me of the wait time. I also had Amy help me with the paperwork I needed! Thank you to the both of them, they made my experience so much better as it was already super busy and stressful. Location is wayyyy too busy but Stephanie and Amy were amazing! 10/10
Awful service, rude workers. TVs that you HAVE TO watch for your number are placed only in certain areas of the waiting room. Missed my spot because I was forced to sit in the corner because of how busy it was. Avoiding going here again.
