Excellent service. Very hospitable and welcoming. Offer special prices for students on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Raymonde did a great job correcting my hair color as much as she could, after I had ruined and basically killed it with box dye. Amaru is just the best. She has an amazing vibe. It was truly a pleasure and couldn't have had a better start for my day. And I love my haircut
I recommend this hair salon 100% all the staff are very professional and friendly.i I got a makeover by Benny I showed to her a picture of how i wanted my hair done and was very impressed with the excellent job she did. she did it exactly how i wanted it. My experiences have been great so far! I usually get my hair done by Leo, however, last week I had the pleasure of getting my cut by Victoria; she was unbelievably patient and prescise while cutting my hair. I generally really enjoy my time there. If you're looking some quality treatment, I would recommend going with either Leo or Victoria.
Went there for a gloss treatment in July and asked for a dark chocolate colour. It looked red-ish when I was in salon but the hair colorist told me it was just the lighting. I ended up having 10 people commenting on my new red colour. I went back for them to arrange it and it was good for a few days. However the red came back after a few days, and now 2 months after my hair grew back and I have a very ugly lining. It seems like my hair got completely discoloured from the first treatment. Now it might take months before the red fades completely away. Really not happy.
Terrible experience! The hair dresserBrenda was very rude, did not respect any of my concerns about my hair. She rushed through my servicewash,blow dry and straighten after kindly giving notice when I booked my appointment that I had longer hair. After washing my hair there were still a lot of residue because she did not take the time to wash my hair properly. She was very disrespectful when I kindly asked her to take smaller sections of my hair to assure that it would be well straightened. I would never go back.
I have been a loyal fan and client of Icone for a few years now and would never dream of going anywhere else. The vibe is always friendly and attentive with both the stylists and support staff alike. Sylvie at the front desk always offers a kind greeting and you never have to wait ...she keeps all on schedule because they value their clients time as much as their own. Christian is the hairdresser I see and he always has a full knowledge of the latest and greatest trends in cutting technique and color. I always get compliments on my blond highlights. He is also very good at giving styling and style advice in general and I fully trust his eye and judgment. I recently changed to a rich dark toned red with absolutely no fear because Christian is an expert at what he does-the new hue suits my skin tone and eyes and once again I am getting full compliments. This is the salon to go to for full service treatment and great hair results!!!!!!
I went today for my haircut .I didn't ask for the price crazy my !!!!! 10min haircut with aut styling # 97.16$ lfelt like a was taken for crazy. On the website price list not exist humm.?????..l will take that forder . it's a lesson for my to ask for price before . Very disappointed .Alexia was fantastic bravoService: Hairstyling
Usually getting your bangs cut is complimentary, but a tip is expected. I went in thinking that it would be the case here too. The hairdresser barely cut my bangs and did a pretty crappy job of it. I wanted full bangs and she cut side bangs again. I was disappointed but figured I would just come back next week to get a full haircut. I gave her a $5 tip as I left. Then as I was leaving, I was charged another $15 for the cut!!! $15 for two lazy snips. After that I am NEVER coming back here. Would not recommend to anyone.
I would recommend this salon if you want a simple haircut but if you would like a out-of-the-box hair treatment such as their "balayage" speciality, do not go here. I was showed beautiful pictures and ended up with hair looking almost exactly the way it was when I arrived. I sent a polite email to the salon to explain that I wasn't exactly happy with with outcome and the hairstylist brushed me off and simply told me that my hair was "too dark". I have been blond in the past so I know exactly what my hair can do and if it was not possible to do as the pictures that I was showed, then why show me these pictures? If a costumer is unhappy and is giving you a chance to fix it, take it right?
Excellent hair salon! The whole staff is friendly and professional. I have my hair done by Christian and I am always extremely satisfied with the cut and the remarquable colour. This is a place where you want to go back.
