18 Seeley Drive is infested with bedbugs! Also, any repairs, faulty appliances that are potentially harmful aren't repaired or replaced. Lived there for many years. The place is a craphole. Do not waste your money moving here. They apparently do a little surface work to lure you in then you end up with bedbugs and instead of treating everywhere, they will treat one apartment and that drives up, down and all around! Had someone come in to do repair work and something was stolen! Disgusting and glad to be out of there!

The superintendents are very racist so if you are a person of colour looking for an apartment please look elsewhere this is a firm warning. I have experienced many examples of racism with my years of living here from the recent supers not giving black "would be" tenants an apartment even though there are vacancies and also outright harassment against tenants of colour. For example, one day I accidentally locked myself out of the building and called the superintendent to open the lobby door which is my right as a rent payer and instead she yelled at me and refused to open the door on numerous occasions leaving me trapped outside of the building. I have never missed rent since I have moved in yet these people treat me and other tenants like they are disgusting because they lack empathy and are miserable human beings. Secondly, I have been living in this building for over 20 years and they have a disgusting bed bug problem and in the past this building has a disgusting ant problem but thankfully that was resolved after 4 years of fighting. The bed bugs started occurring around mid 2017. Since then, the superintendent has been very rude about the situation and lacks empathy for the people getting bitten every night and day. This is currently occurring on multiple floors in 24 Seeley drive and I am warning you again not to attempt moving into this place. When they attempt to fumigate they threaten with legal action if the bed bug issue continues to occur even though they are using cheap methods to try and get rid of them hence, is out of the tenants control. I cannot wait to move out to better and brighter things and hopefully a better superintendent who cares about human beings. I genuinely feel bad for the people who have to deal with these superintendents uptight and racist behaviour they are very nasty. They use the cheap rent as a way for you to stay and manipulate you. Lastly, the designated building supers do not vacuum, clean or change carpets, wipe the floors efficiently on every floor like the previous supers have and hence, this has neglected the upkeep of the building and has ultimately caused the various bug issues in the buildings. In terms of infrastructure, there has been a leaking roof in the hallway for the past 15 years and they have failed to fix the roof. I am witness this beautiful building going on a downwards spiral because of lazy superintendents and it is sad. Human beings just like you live in these apartments treat us like you would treat yourself and your family.
