I am a first time buyer and Vincent (and France) were very professional and patient with me. They explained to me the process I was about to go through, the documents needed & what they were for. If there was wording I wasn't sure of they gave me an explanation with examples. They kept me updated with my file and were patient with receiving the documents. I was given multiple options when finally choosing a company and the available products with the pros and cons of them. Furthermore, they went above and beyond the call of duty when I was shopping around, giving me tips and strategies on the negotiation stages. I really loved my experience and I am happy that I had the full support of the team, it made the experience smoother.

Vincent Roy est une personne aimable, attentionee et courtois . Il repond a mes questions ou a mes demandes dans un delai raisonable. Sa facon de travailler me donne une confiance envers lui en sachant qu'il est capable d'obtenir le meilleur taux que je recherche.
