My data was stolen, no evening and weekend online service compared to other banks...... Terrible service. I can't wait to empty my accounts and change banks. They think they are still a cooperation but everyone knows that Desjardins does everything to be a bank.....
I had an appointment with a placement advisor, he was nice and friendly...however, he knew nothing about his job! Absolutely all the information he gave me turned out to be false. Maybe it's time to train employees?
The schedule that is written on Google is not good. It says 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., I arrive at 4 p.m. and I'm told that it's only reception that is open???nI strongly suggested changing their schedule online.
You might as well say SCHEDULE 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.nImagine, I showed up this morning at 9am, I was told the counters open at 10am. I come back at 10am for a lost card, I am offered the option of keeping the same numbers, but that I will receive the card by post... I am certainly not told that my ACCESS D will be blocked...nSo I come back to the branch at 4:30 p.m. to finally get a new card immediately... But once again, the counter is closed... Why display 9 to 5 if no transaction can be carried out from 9 to 10 and from 3 to 5.nWhat a waste of time!
