Hyland Fish and Chips

We had to wait one hour and fifteen minutes for are food. The halibut is from Alaska it was very good and thick. The fries were okay, great for kids though nice table just like my own kitchen table.But is was Good Friday and that is the busiest day for fish and chips so I'm sure on other days they should have good service.

Been to Hyland Fish and Chips on several occasions. Excellent fish and chicken. BIG portions and friendly staff. If you like fish and chips, this restaurant has the best I've ever had.

If you come to shelburne and like fish and chips this is the place to go. Great food. Great prices.

Fish excellent, thick and crisp good size piece. Chips hot and plentiful. Will go back and would recommend.

It came highly recommended. The restaurant is nothing fancy, but the food and service are fabulous. I have never had better fish and chips. The better on the fish was thin and crispy. Lots of delicious fish inside. I've had fish before where the batter is very thick and doughy. This is not the case with Highland fish and chips. I will definitely go back and recommend.
