Everything has been great. We had a lot of fun during our stay. Everyone from the reception to restaurant and our floor services was super friendly and has positive attitude. No one would pass by without saying hi and wish a good day.nnI would like to thank Merve at the reception in particular. She made the experience very memorable with her kind attitude and smile.nnThe breakfast was top match everything that you would need for your day to start in a positive mood. I really liked that the servers Has introduced themselves and check in with us for the food and to refresh our coffee.
The hotel was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Breakfast was available and offered a great variety of food. The newly renovated, clean washrooms were a big plus. This is my second day here, and I would definitely choose to stay at Hyatt Place in Kelowna every time I visit. I’ve stayed here twice now and have been fully satisfied each time—more than happy with the service!”
I guess $423 per night doesn’t get you much anymore. Not even a bathtub! I was so disappointed!nnThe entrance lounge was nice though.nn3 towels. I understand about conserving etc., but there should be two towels per person right?nnThe shower head had holes that directed much of the water away from my head. The shower floor had a lip on it that I tripped on once and slipped on. I was not expecting steps on a shower floor. I was trying to rinse my hair, terrible shower head, and slipped.nThere was one very nice man at the front desk who seemed genuinely interested in our comfort but the rest of the desk staff seemed disinterested. There was a great bartender who took very good care of my husband and I, keeping the drinks flowing without delay.nThe landscaping/front entrance needed a lot of work.nIn general, the hotel seemed cheap and lacked character.nI wish so much that we had spent our hard earned dollars at a nicer hotel.
The staff at the Hyatt place in Kelowna were very friendly and professional. They made us feel very welcome. We liked the room layout and found the bathroom renovation very well done. Our Room was nice and clean. We were however very disappointed in the poor bed mattress and pillow quality. We had a very uncomfortable and poor nights sleep. Breakfast was included in our room rate. The hotel was at full capacity, so there were actually lineups to get the buffet style breakfast. Staff were run off their feet trying to keep up with the food volume demand. And often ran out of items. We had a very challenging time trying to find a table to sit down at and getting a cup of coffee . Decaf was even more challenging. Underground parking at this location is ample and is really nice especially during winter months to keep the car warm and dry. Do take note of the low ceiling height clearance if you have a large truck or SUV.
A wonderful hotel with modern, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was lovely and very friendly. We stayed in a room with 2 queens, facing the street - it was still quiet and we had a wonderful sleep. The location is great - close to everything including Prospera Place. There's even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If it's late at night and you get a hankering for pizza, check out the random convenience store next door that makes great pizza.
