Stayed here while in town for my Uncle's funeral at the end of June / beginning of July. Our extended family had 4 rooms on the 6th floor. My room was clean and well appointed.nnNot the biggest fan of the kind of coffee they offer in the room, but wasn't a deal breaker. Had to keep my blinds closed as they faced other windows in the hotel.nnFront desk staff was awesome. The snack/drink self-serve area is a great idea that I haven't seen in other hotels. Much better than vending machines.nnAll in all, a great experience and I would recommend people staying here in the future.
Our initial room had an issue with the shower but the staff at the front desk was very quick to move us to another room. We like the fact that the website had great photos of the room including the bathrooms. Since I have foot issues it was important that the shower had easy access. As does the pool. Breakfasts are fantastic with lots of options. I find all the staff very kind and helpful. Love the water filling stations! I’d definitely come back here and hope to.
We stayed for a couple of nights at this hotel. We paid a lot for the stay. The room was pretty good and had a nice sofa and a study desk. However, we felt it was lacking in terms of amenities. We were told that there are water fountains on every alternate floor but there were only ice machines. So we had to request the front desk every time to fill our bottles or give us water bottles which they were sometimes reluctant to do. There was only one microwave available per floor, which was inconvenient considering the high fees we paid for the rooms. The phone in the room was also not working. The hotel is located in a decent location close to Apple Bowl Stadium with good restaurants, grocery stores, and a transit stop nearby.
I travel a lot for work, and I can honestly say this place stands out enough that I’ll even drive further just to stay here.nnEvery staff member I’ve interacted with has been consistently kind, welcoming, and willing to go above and beyond. Vivek and Mikita at the front desk are so professional and attentive, making check-out and any requests smooth and easy.nnOn the other hand, their service at their restaurant is also exceptional.nLianne is an amazing waitress; friendly, genuine, and always on top of everything. Her colleague, a tall young man whose name I didn’t catch, was just as helpful and attentive, adding to an already great experience. What truly impressed me was that he remembered my special request and made sure all his colleagues were aware of it as well. That level of attention and communication is rare, and I was genuinely wowed by his superb customer service and all their staff.nnAlso, What really makes a difference for me is the consistency. No matter when I stay, the service is always excellent. My room is always spotless, comfortable, and noticeably more spacious than most places, which makes a big difference when you’re traveling often.nnIt’s rare to find a place where every interaction feels this positive. This hotel has definitely become my go-to.nnSpecial thank you to all the staff and look forward to seeing you all soon again.
Clean and bright room. Great walking distance from lots of restaurants. Easy to park. Gym and pool were great. Hot tub was clean. Will stay here again next time Im in town!
