I received flowers from my husband for my 50th Birthday. The roses did not even open up and bloom. My husband spent alot of money on this arrangement. When I called the floral manager with my concerns she made excuses that I should have re-cut the roses. I took floriculture classes in college, when you reveive a fresh arrangement they are in water and should not need a fresh cut. The manager wanted me to bring in the flowers so she could look at them. No thank you. We will not be purchasing flowers from 2nd rate Hy Vee ever again. They dont even deserve 1 star in my opinion. Bad customer service !
