HWY 2 Fusion Diner

Walking inside is very clean and modern we got seated right away by a very friendly and charismatic man! The atmosphere was calm and quiet for Saturday. The cinnamon roll french toast was an amazing discovery for my tastes buds! The home style potatoes were crispy on the outside and soft inside with fresh grilled onions and green bell peppers. Side of crispy bacon. My eggs were cooked perfectly. I am definitely going out of my way to eat here again. Thank you for great customer service and fresh cafe food! Best cafe in Snohomish County I believe!

OMG!! The best and friendliest staff!! We enjoyed a yummy diner brunch of a Chicken Fried Steak and a 5 star Monte Cristo. Their house potatoes are fried and tossed with caramelized onions and delicious peppers. The staff is friendly and carry great conversations. So glad they added a yummy mimosa to their menu.

They have new ownership since Oct 2021. I came in with an expired Groupon they were closed when trying to use it previously that expired that same month. Although the current owner super cool guy and so friendly doesn't do anything with Groupon, choosing to utilize local coupons instead, he honored the expired value. He explained that they don't take Groupon, but that he would for me. He was very kind about it, and didn't make me feel bad about it at all. The entire staff was welcoming, friendly and attentive. I ordered the sweet cream strawberry crepes what?!?!?. They were amazing!!!! They were honestly the best crepes I've eaten, and the coffee was perfect! I will definitely return.

Ok food. Really good service. The enchiladas were barely filled , at 14$ at least give me 2$ worth of cheese. Eggs were hard and over cooked. Sauce tasted sour , maybe some tomatillo? The hollandaise tasted canned and was awkwardly bright for how bland it was. It was ok but just ok. Also if your sensitive to smells our server had a large concentration of perfume on. Tiny water glasses needed constant refilling . Beans and rice were good .

Excellent breakfast! I had briskets and gravy with eggs and hash browns. The service was very good. Everyone was friendly. The food was excellent! And it's appropriate serving size not over serves food. Parking can be a little rough but worth it.Food: 5/5

Crepes were good, the rest of the breakfast was normal greasy like buzz inn or Dennys. Food was slow for the size of this place. Service was good, but they need to put out enough utensils and napkins for a group of 8. Besides these downfalls, this place is cozy and has a good atmosphere! And the our server was really nice.Food: 3/5

Amazing food for a great price. Tastes so homemade and authentic. The breakfast menu has healthy and classic choices , pancakes like grandma used to make. Service is impeccable and polite. The South of the Border Mexican fusion also looked and smelled amazing and showcases the chef's skills.

It was very nice. The food was good and prepared well, a little busy but the food was fast. I will definitely eat here again. Our waitress was very sweet, almost as sweet as the cinnamon roll french toast and it did not disappoint.Food: 4/5
