Fantastic service - would use again and recommend. I called them on a Wednesday afternoon and they were able to fit me in Friday morning - as in two days later. That's unprecedented in this area. I've been getting a lot of different things done to my house, and most places to take at least two weeks to even send someone out. But H.E. got all the work done within two days. The technician showed up right when scheduled. He was very courteous and did his work efficiently, and actually took a few minutes at the end to review what he'd done. The cost was less than I expected, and a week later, everything seems to work, so the quality is good as well.
