Explore. Learn. Discover. The Huntsman Fundy Discovery Aquarium is a 20,000 square foot facility which houses a 218 seat theatre, multipurpose boardroom, upper and lower level public aquarium. Focusing on the public outreach and hands-on education of marine sciences, the aquarium offers Marine Biology field courses, and Education Programs from Kindergarten to Adult. The Aquarium informs visitors about the east coast marine ecology and economy of the Bay of Fundy.

The Aquarium also offers private meeting and banquet space at reasonable rates. As the Huntsman Marine Science Centre is a private not-for-profit organization, the revenue derived from each event help us deliver the Education and Public Outreach Programs to our students and visitors.

RECEPTIONS AND BANQUETS
The aquarium galleries transform into an ideal space for your private function. A unique atmosphere is created for mixing and mingling with the interactive touch pools center piecing the room. An amazing panoramic view of the historic St. Croix River and outdoor deck make this a reception space like no other.

MEETING ROOM
A unique space for your board meeting, presentation or small gathering, this multipurpose room serves a variety of functions and can seat up to 28 people comfortably. Tables are equipped with electrical supply and can be also be arranged in a classroom style or removed completely to maximizing seating or to create a space for small gatherings or parties. The room also includes a test kitchen, complete with camera for viewing cooking demonstrations on a 42" monitor.

THEATRE
This 218 seat theatre is an excellent venue for lectures, presentations, large meetings etc. Complete with private backstage area, translation booth, adjustable lighting system, projector and electrical outlets along the rows for laptops. The technical specifications include video-conferencing.

FOOD, BEVERAGE AND ACCOMMODATION
From breakfast, coffee breaks and lunch to hors d'oeuvres and entrees, a variety of food and beverage service options are available. As a licensed facility, a host or cash bar can also be included.

Choose an easy buffet style from a customized menu or have your event professionally catered with plated meals and table service.

Recently renovated, the historic Anderson House is located on the Upper Campus, overlooking the signature Algonquin Golf Course and a breathtaking view of Passamaquoddy Bay. The Anderson House is an excellent retreat package with 20 executive style rooms with Queen beds and en suite bath. Wireless internet is also provided.
