Huntington Bank

Super slow and extremely unhelpful!!! Said that we had to speak with a senior banker to add a name onto an account when every other branch has a teller who can do it!!! The banker came over said be with you in one second and had since disappeared to God knows where!!! Tellers are clueless and fiancé and I are cashing out to go to another bank!!! Clearly dose not care about customer service or being helpful!!!! Safe yourself time and trouble and go elsewhere!!!!

Ashley is the greatest lady by far. I will NOT go to any other branch. I have attempted to go to other branches and the customer service has just been aweful each time. No others compare to how great this location is. I would rate 10+ stars if I had the option!

I just opened a new checking account at First Merit and I am very impressed with the way I was treated. Judy and her staff were so nice and they always remember me by name. They do not charge me fees as my other banks have and there is never a long wait for anything. I will be switching my business account to First Merit as well.

Judy and her staff go out of their way to make you comfortable. Weather you need to make a deposit, a withdrawal, or need to make any adjustments in your account, the Montville FirstMerit team is a go to team for you.
