my biggest piece of advice if you are considering choosing a bank for all of your financial needs, and you’re looking at huntington, is to as quickly run in the direction of any other bank as fast as possible. I used TCF before it was bought out, and I have never had an experience as poor as my over a year now one at huntington. i’ve had so many issues with security, customer service, getting new cards- absolutely only nice thing is getting paid a few days early. I am currently looking for ANYONE else to represent me because Huntington. is. awful.
Generally I have great customer service from Huntington. This location is usually great and super convenient. But sometimes people have off days and that's understandable. Hopefully the tellers day gets a bit better!
One of the best banks in Jenison. The girls are so wonderful!
