I have been going to Hunt Club Nails and Spa since they first opened and I cannot recommend them more highly. Hana and her wonderful staff are professional, helpful and friendly. And they put up with me while I choose 10 different colours before deciding my final choice! Definitely pay them a visit and tell them Jennifer sent you!

I’ve been going to Hunt Club Nails and Spa for years and I highly recommend it. The salon is always clean, pleasant, with healthy plants. Friendly, professional staff. Flexible with scheduling. My favourite part is the super-relaxing massage chair while I get my pedicure. And, for a reasonable rate, you can get a full body massage, too! Try it out!Services: Manicure

Terrible customer serviceexcept the owner and her father. Went there for a pedicure twice, the first time they applied the wrong polish colour but it was okay. Second time which is the most recent one, she cut my nails crooked and whenever I asked her to file them to at least make it look like it was shaped properly, she started huffing and puffing, and told me there's nothing she can do. She burnt my cuticles with the drill 3 different times, and cut me as well. She damaged the bottom of my nail bed, and when I asked for sparkles/glitter to cover up the damage she wouldn't add it until I told her multiple times, which she then did AFTER curing the shellac. The scrub job wasn't done until I reminded her, and to top it all, when it was time to pay she tried to charge me a 5$ removal fee and an 10$ extra for the sparkles which I requested bc she damaged my nail bed and did a terrible job with the polish? It seems that she was training which I understand, but that doesn't mean they should gaslight me AND overcharge meService: Pedicure

Awful! Got there with an appointment to get a pedicure and a manicure. Overall really bad quality. They hurt my toes while removing shellac. They didn’t clean my cuticles properly and didn’t scrub my feet well either. I asked for a red color. The job they did on my nails is very messy, not tidy at all. I had to ask them to clean the area around my nails cos there was nail polish everywhere. They were gonna send me away without doing anything. Same thing with my manicure. The shape was not what I asked at first. Someone else had to fix it, but even after I complained about the shape, she kept filing in the same direction hurting my finger. It looks so messy. I told them I was disappointed. It cost me 60 dollars for something I could have done better myself. I later called to tell them my cuticles don’t look clean and was told it was my problem, not theirs. That she looked my nails after and they look alright. Really? Not a discount, they didn’t offer to fix it either, not even an apology. They also have someone training who started three days ago doing nails for customers at full price. If you go to a salon, you expect a nail tech to do your nails because that is what you’re paying for. Not for someone who just started a couple days ago. They have a trainee charging full price. I’ve been to this location several times and been happy with the service but obviously when something goes wrong they don’t have any interest in making it right and seem more interesting in gaslighting their customers rather than making you feel taken care of. There’s another nail salon five minutes down the road. I’ll be going there from now on. Terrible experience. I’m never coming back.

Got shellac with white tips done here for my birthday on Friday by Sunday nail polish was chipping off. Went back to store and apparently it's my nails that's the problem terrible customer service was planning to do buinsess here every two weeks to strengthen nails but nope I do not recommend I will bring my buisness somewhere els was totally dismissed when I was trying to show and explain my nails.Service: Manicure

I paid 180$ for me and my sister to get our nails done. Both acrylic. I would not recommend, the nails were messy and $$$. They even tried to charge us an extra 20$ for removing regular polish?…Services: Manicure

Rarely can one walk into a nail salon and not be offended by the overwhelming smell created by fake nails and the chemicals used to adhere them. This place offers a clean, peaceful, cheerful environment for you to relax and have your nails done, with emphasis on a healthy environment for you and the staff by avoiding this practice. Fresh cookies, bottled water, tea or coffee is provided by the attentive and respectful staff who actually listen to how you would like your nails done, instead of being a cash grab and just cutting a bit so you will have to come back sooner. I go there to get my feet done regularly and it's a wonderful experience, especially at the end when pappa comes out for the best foot massage in town, which he is a master at. I highly recommend this salon, it is family run and they go over and above to please.

Was quoted $35 over the phone and then they charged +$50 in the store. She kept saying it was for “add-ons” and taxes, it was just a basic manicure with shellac. She also used a colour that wasn’t what I requested and instead of switching to a different colour, she tried to convince me it was the same colour. They didn’t do a good job, either.Service: Manicure
