My experience at Helen's has Ben nothing but grotstandin. Graet, professionalt ataff value for money client oriented environment. Overall Covid protocols are in place. I felt very safe here My nails are perfect every time

The owner Helen and her main girl Jen r unbelievable the way they take care of you first class service and super clean I'm a guy and I love the Mani Pedi service but there is so much more there so if ur in Ottawa south please check them out u will not be disappointed

I always leave with my nails looking amazing! The salon is very clean, and all the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always pay lots of attention to detail! I recommend Helen's Nails to all my friends and family!!

Thoroughly enjoyed first visit to Helen's Nail Spa with my two daughters. Lovely space and Helen and her team of professionals were friendly and did a great job on our mani pedis. Looking forward to going back very soon.

Awful experience, the dude who did my nails, didn’t allow me to ask questions, rushed me to pick the color, hurt my cuticles. Shellac chipped 3 days after I got them, never going back.

Helen is very rude. I will never return to her salon. I had asked to get my nails clipped and get a new set of fake nails and she refused to do it because there was “no time”.
