Fast, friendly service with quality ingredients, for a great and filling meal that’s about half the price of what it should be and a third of what it could be. If I lived here, this would be an absolute staple.
Came here on a road trip from Philadelphia. Some of the best food I've ever had. Hard to believe the price for the amount of food they give you! Delicious and filling.
Just driving through downtown Alpena and saw this cute little restaurant. Decided to try it because it has a hippie painted on the building in the back. Absolutely delicious. Fresh avocado and cilantro. Hot sandwiches and tacos! Yum!

I have fallen in love with the Hungry Hippie! Food is always delicious prices are reasonable and the Vibe from all the employees is amazing. Highly recommend giving it a try.
Great little place. We eat here at least 3 a month. Going to be very sad when they close for winter. Strongly suggest you try it.
Didn’t tell us to pick up at mall. Sandwich was tiny. Forgot tortilla chips. What food we got was good. Changed rating from 2, to 3 because the backyard bbq was awesome
Very cute place, plenty of outdoor seating, be careful of bees as I did get stung, Really good food, very fast service
