Humdrum Laundry: A Maytag Equipped Laundromat

Best thing about this place is the dog that is sometimes there on weekends along with his owner who is a very nice woman who works hard to keep the place need and clean ...she does a great job! Love the large washers. The dryers are hit or miss with consistent heat. Have been going there weekly for a year now. Unfortunately our last time there was not a good one. A man who I believe was the owner's nephew was very rude to me over using the bathroom (the door was unlocked and there was no sign to not use). He was literally banging on the door and lectured me when I came out. Was not a good experience and enough to make me try out the laundromat down on the other end of Main St.

on Labor Day,one of my washers would not end final spin...called owner and they immediately helped on the problem...even refunded my money...all on a holiday,very pleased with customer service

So it's been awhile since i have been to this laundry mat. I understand why people do not like to come here. It's filthy! Trash cans over full. Floors dirty to where i can drag my foot and leave trails. No wash basin or restroom.

I used my debit cards at one of the machines to finish my dry cycle, since I ran out of quarters. The machine charged me $15.00 and never released it back to my card. I tried filing a dispute with my bank and they said I had to contact the laundromat because there was no proof I didn't use $15 worth of services. ): The next time I went in there, there was an employee in the laundromat cleaning the place. A man came in harassing people asking them for money. He even asked the employee there for money. He made everyone feel really uncomfortable and the laundry attendant didn't even ask him to leave. The laundry attendant just let him carry on being crazy. I won't go there again.
