Visited this establishment on Tuesday, 09/19/2017. The service was very friendly, and the coffee delicious. However, I was given a receipt for the special price of $2.00, but my debit card was charged $4.00. When I tried to call to rectify this, no one answers the phone number provided on the computer, and there is no opportunity to leave a voice mail. This cancels out the friendly smiles. Good customer service does not stop at the window.

The girls working were more interested in visiting than helping customers. I've never had to wait for more than 5 minutes to get help. Today I did!
