Went there for the 1st time after seeing it all over Instagram. The coffee was good! Croissants were good but the shape actually makes it harder to eat them mess free haha, but it was still very delicious! We also tried their other pastries and those were even better than the croissants if I’m being honest! Their danish was the beta I have ever eaten!! Definitely a good place to check out if you like to take aesthetic pictures and a quiet atmosphere:
A very beautiful, aesthetically pleasing and cozy coffee shop. The interior is very has a cozy bright welcoming atmosphere. All the employees there are very kind and friendly, and always up to a good conversation. Their coffee and teas selections are very nice and tasty I definitely recommend their hot chocolate and the iced Thai Fog, paired with delicious macaroons and a supreme croissant!. Overall a go to place, to study and chill with friends while enjoy amazing treats!
Came here in the morning to try the supreme croissant! It was really delicious! Crispy outside and the inside was nice and soft filled with delicious cream. It wasn’t too sweet and there was a nice pistachio flavour. The interior also has a great ambience and the staff were really nice. Only thing is the prices are quite expensive which I understand as it’s obviously very labour intensive to make these pastries but for almost $10, I was left wanting a bit more in terms of the size of the croissant. Still definitely recommend trying and I’ll be back to check out other desserts!
Such a pleasant discovery. Cozy little gem on Bank Street. Initially hard to find as Hugo Cafe is located inside the Social Thai restaurant. Cafe per day and Thai restaurant per night. • The infamous croissants definitely lived up to all the hype. The Lotus Biscoff croissant was delicious while the chocolate hazelnut was delightful. The croissant was butter and crispy while the cream filling was tasty and light. • We had the chance to chat with the owners. Wonderful friendly people that are truly passionate about the art of baking and their puppy, Hugo. The hazelnut cream and well as the pistachio filing are made in house. How amazing is that! • We will certainly be visiting again and hopefully get to sample the pistachio croissant next. Thank you for a lovely experience.
The croissants are out of this world! Had the breakfast sandwich, and 2 different filled croissants. The pistachio one was my fave! It’s a tad pricier for these croissants but for all of the effort and love that goes in to making these taste phenomenal it’s definitely worth it. Can’t wait to come back!Dietary restrictions accommodatedNot sure
The Supreme Croissants Pistachio and Match were supper tasty! Also had the cheesecake and a hot Thai Latte which were also good. I could smell the dinner items cooking in the kitchen and they smelt sooo good. Hope to enjoy them one day along with the other croissants flavours.

We passed the place a few times trying to find Hugo cafe. The sign is the social Thai. Inside is pretty cute, a lot of greenery, so many beautiful croissants and macaroons. the croissant is super tasty with the creamy filling.
I love this place. My favorite pastry is the croissant. There is soft cream inside croissant and it tastes really good and I like thai latte. I like thai latte with some pastry. It was the first time I drank Thai latte and it was so delicious!
My favorite thing here are the canelés! The macaron is also really tasty and well made shells are full. Would not recommend the wheel shaped croissants. They look pretty but because of the shape, the bread is condensed which means no flaky, airy texture. The cafe is cute and well maintained, but no/low ac.
