Amazing, classy easy going ambience from the start, very relaxed posh feeling. Comfy chaise lounge style seats with cushions that are dreamy. I did notice the table wasn't cleaned, minor slight, I got there early, bathrooms were immaculate. Google maps indicated open 24 hours. Got here 6:55am, no one there, but the front desk staff, both distracted and looking bored. Ordered breakfast, kind of confusing, I guess the hotel is open 24 hours, not the restaurant. Staff was unprepared, she said someone else hadn't prepped? Wanted eggs Benny, I got recommended this place with the search term, "best Eggs Benedict near me"; but they had no kitchen, nothing fresh...just pre-made sandwiches and only 5 things on the breakfast menu. All in all, the decor and comfort was astounding, the staff disinterested, and the food was abysmal. Luckily the coffee was fresh and excellent however served without cream, I had to ask for it. Also no salt and pepper for the eggs Sammie, was told its already on there,. Like a fancy McDonald's. One huge plus, I noticed they are dog friendly!

I’ve been going there for almost a year now, but after tonight I think that’ll change, I’ve came there and sat down with my friend getting ready to study abit and we’ve decided to eat first and then order a glass of wine later on, before we even tried to settle in the server “ brown hair, white skinned male” came and told us in a really rude tone saying “ if your not ordering I’ll ask you to leave the cafe” i didn’t push it but I had to say this is the first time I hear about this and he said “ I can kick you out it’s our property” by the end of the conversation he said “ oh this is a new policy and we have to follow it” this is the worst experience ever I felt rejected and humiliated, I use to recommend this hotel and cafe to my family and friends but I don’t think I’ll recommend it anymore.

What a great spot! My partner and I were looking to get a late night snack downtown. The chocolate cookie is tasty, they carry Sloane tea and the barista was super nice : It was a great, quiet spot to unwind on a Monday night.

Great spot for a coffee downtown. Mario is an outstanding Manager, although busy he wasn't frazzled, he handle himself with class and made us feel welcome. Gracias!

Atmosphere was very nice but for everything that says they check for vaccinations.......BS. I was never asked at all and they never even spoke to anyone in my party to verify anything. Only place that had vacancies at the time so settled but had a very uneasy feeling about touching anything. Only one staff member on hand to run guest services, bar, waiter and I am sure is underpaid for everything he does. For a high class looking hotel, very poorly operated. Oh and the "coffee machine" in the room that is actually espresso, the cups they give for it are way too small and it overflows all over the table with no way of shutting it off.... Also the closet door by the door to the room, do not open it too fast it will hit the door plunger thing and it's all mirror. Almost smashed ours.... poor setup.

Ali was such an exceptional bartender, deserve a promotion!

Or the most friendliest service perhaps due to the staff not wanting to work on a holiday.
