My husband and I are very much so Richmond Centre mall rats but this was the first time to visit Boss. We were greeted by Alicia who helped us find the right mens suit. Paul? provided a fitting meticulous and accompanied by explanation and arranged alterations on the suit so we can simply pick it up from the store when it’s been returned from the tailor. We went in during somewhat busy times and at one point all three fitting rooms were occupied with shoppers but Alicia was super efficient and timely with helping my husband try the different pieces and sizes. Side note: We happened to unknowingly stay and continue shopping way after the store closing hours but all of the staff were all so professional and pleasant that we didn’t even realize until after we wrapped up. Thanks for the patience. All in all, this shopping experience at the RC Boss store was the most pleasant and satisfying one I had in a while. Very impressed :!
Idk the store managers name, but he wears glasses. Very rude individual, zero social skills and horrible customer service to the point where I start to wonder how he got to management position. Lacks courtesy, socially inept with zero SMV. He totally is not a "BOSS" at all.
This was my home store until today. I go here atleast once a month, know all the staff and typically like the customer service. However the store manager is rude, inconsiderate, and unapprecative. Long story short, I bought a $2000 suit last saturday and the shirt top button had a loose string same thing with the suit. I went to exchange the jacket and shirt but he refused to take it back. I bought it for a b day party two weeks from now. I wore it once in the store to try and once at home to show my family. He claims I ironed the suit and damaged it which is untrue and he is saying there is a stain on the inner part of the wrist area of the shirt. He refused to take it back. Sad because I love the staff there and I used to be a loyal customer. If he had done me that one favor he would of kept a happy and regular customer for a long time. Short sighted.
Stressed on finding a suit for a wedding or special occasion? I HIGHLY recommend looking for Cyrus here. My girlfriend and I went to many stores in Richmond to look for a suit and everyone had a "supply chain shortage" and we weren't able to find anything that pleased us. Although, Hugo Boss Richmond also had a supply chain shortage. We were greeted by Cyrus in a professional and welcoming manner. Cyrus was attentive to our needs and despite the supply chain shortage was able to find different color suit and dress shirt combo that pleased my girlfriend and I. Not only was Cyrus a good listener, informative, fashionable and outgoing but he also taught me many suit styling tips that I would have never known. Thank you Cyrus, we will be back!
Went in the shop looking to actually buy a suit. Walked around the entire store while trying to find the suit i want... no a single acknowledgement or greeting from anyone in the store... i might not be wearing fake LV or Versace, but customer service... greetings or seeing what I'm looking for, isnt that the basic... staff just seems to look ignore us even though we were directly beside them.... 0/10!
Similar to other reviews here, terrible customer experience, rude manager and people will do well to avoid this store.
Completely underwhelming experience. I had a called earlier to set aside an item so that to quickly grab and go. I was there for almost 15 minutes waiting in store today. The first salesman was too focused on ensuring some young patrons exiting the store than addressing me or other customers entering the store, perhaps shoplifting / security is more prioritized among sales staff than a warm welcome and decorum. I walked to the till’s queue to await for other customers to complete this transaction, and it was an odd situation where this other, older saleslady kept walking circles around me and staring at me - and not once asked if I needed help. She was not at all busy, nor helping other customers, but made me feel very uncomfortable. As I finally came up to the till, another salesman slim-build Caucasian tried to push his customers in front of me, although I had been already waiting in Iine for almost 15 minutes. He knew I was waiting in line as he was going back and forth from the till and his customers to set aside their purchases. As my item was getting wrapped, this other salesman said aloud to ring his customers before me. I was shocked and confused, and told him I’ve been already waiting in line and asked why would his customers be serviced first if I was already at the till. He didn’t say anything and the salesman who was helping me had to dismiss his request. As a business owner, I would encourage Hugo Boss store or regional sales leadership to emphasize basic customer care training for your current staff. My experience today does not reflect at all the brand reputation of a leading luxury fashion company and I would encourage other patrons to be weary of this location and their staff.
From the product quality to customer service, everything was jaw dropping terrible. I would not return again and would advise all friends and family to avoid this place. And thanks Hugo Boss for asking me how satisfied I was with you, you’re two months too late.
The store manager was incredibly rude, really bad customer experience.
Look for Angel, she has helped me and my son buy many pieces from Boss. She is very patient...we like to try many things to make sure we really like it. No pressure sales...but because of her help we always buy something we like.
