Good prices in comparison to the stores. Very cute children's selection.

Terrible service! The cashier forgot to add the discount and then second cashier did the refund for us. Now it’s been over one month and we haven’t received the refund yet! I reached out to the shop several times, every time the answer was they will call me back very soon, but NEVER!!!

The staff is extremely rude, we're holding Starbucks when queuing and the staff saw us but didn't mention anything. After we went inside, he used a bad attitude telling us to get out but we didn't even drink one sip, just holding the cup. We felt being humiliated, and don't recommend anyone to go inside.

Believe or not this shop is much expensive more than the website.

I have visited a lot of Ralph Lauren stores , but this one was like a primark....very poor and a big mess.

Cheaper than the concept stores and malls. Still expensive as a premium brand. Friendly staff. Store is still full inside even with a really long line outside. which also makes the store very messy with the staff struggling to clean up after messy customers

Nice shop, very similar to the US outlets. No surprise whatsoever, this is a polo Ralph Lauren store.

Rude security staff ! They forced us to queue outside the store were we practically begged them to enter due to strong rain and wind the store was half empty.
