I had a very bad experience  in alteration department of this store. I needed to get a zipper changed in my winter coat. Mariam had done a terrible job, very sloppy and unprofessional. My coat is literally ruined. And it was a nice nd expensive one. I'm so upset! I will never ever go there for any kind of job by her!

Terrific staff, innovative, excellent service.  They also have a place for clothing alterations. I've been coming here for decades. Even though owners have changed over the years, the service and workmanship remains excellent!!
