Hudson Physicians

They are the worst facility to work with within a good 30 mile radius. If you don't have AMAZING insurance, find another facility. It makes me sad because I actually really enjoyed my provider but because I couldn't pay $300 a month starting 2 months after having a newborn, I now have to deal with a debt collector. They aren't willing to work with you no matter your situation everything is black and white. I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to a different clinic to avoid dealing with this clinic. I have worked in the medical field for the past 5 years and I have never heard of a facility being unwilling to work with someone who wants to make payments toward their account. I have learned my lesson the hard way and will be finding a new clinic for my family!

Too many people only post when it's a bad review. I like to post when I have positive experiences. I am pretty new to Hudson and have been going to this location for a year. The people have been more than nice in every department and they seem to really enjoy their jobs. I miscarried earlier this year and the card and gift and checking up on me really made me feel like I wasn't just a number. Dr. Barnum is fantastic. She doesn't sugar coat things, she gives you the facts and she goes above and beyond to ensure I am in good health. I will continue to bring my family here in the future.

We have been going here around 4 years. We have had 2 kid's in the hospital that was two awesome experiences. We have used Dr Barnum for OB, Dr Dahl for peds, and Teresa Sandford for Primary. I cannot say enough good things about these 3 they are very awesome. Due to the insurance changes in the last decade we had to pay for labor and delivery with our two young ones, unlike our older ones. They were easy to work with to set up a payment plan.

Doctor Smith whom I saw on 10/24/2017 only told me to go on allergy medicine and spent a total of 2 minutes with me. I have since been to urgent car and 2 ENT visits I have still not gotten any results. But 200 dollars for 2 minutes and no results is utter rubbish. Where is the customer care, service, or results. I don't want to be told what I can find online, I want to be able to hear. I want to not end up in urgent care if I take the time to go to a Doctor weeks prior to try and avoid it. Stay away from doctor Smith.

I was surprised by the negative comments and couldn't help but put in our experience. We have delivered all three of our children with Dr. Dahl and can't tell you enough how great of an experience it has been. This private clinic excels at personal care and I would have it no other way. There has been a few times in the past 11 years that our wait has been longer than we expected, but I know for a fact that the care we receive is truly personal and I am sure that the attention I have received or needed on some occasions have caused others to have to wait a few extra minutes as well. This is what care is. Taking the time, not rushing, truly caring. Thank you Hudson Physicians for not taking the personal care out of medicine.
