Pretended to Call ICBC even when they are closed. refused to Honour No Claims Discount. and clarify this with ICBC. despite us having previous conformation. How can there be three wildly different quotes IN BC from ICBC.

Very friendly staff here. Much better experience than the store kiosks.

The wait times can be quite long here, which is what you'd expect for insurance brokers. I wasn't entirely convinced on some suggestions from employees (ex., single day insurance cannot be purchased without being physically present at the broker), but the staff were friendly, polite, and professional.
